Don’t let the idea of a roadside bar & grill scare you off.   This is one of our favorites.  Denise and George provide a casual vibe and amazing food.   It’s always my first meal and Tango Mango when we arrive.   Make sure you let them know Lucy (aka Kristin) sent you.

Little over a mile from the airport is an upscale, full service grocery.   They offer an extensive hot bar and delivery.  Keep in mind you still have a car ride to the condo.  I always bring a insulated shopping bag to keep food cold.

Cars can be in high demand some times of the year.   Book early or ask your host Kristin to reserve a vehicle for you.  RES@andys.ky  Tell them you are staying at Castaway 217 to ensure the BEST rate. Andy’s is located across the parking lot at the airport.

On the drive  to the condo you will find a full service neighborhood grocery at Countryside Shopping Center in Savannah.  They offer a nice hot bar and delivery. 

Steps away from Castaway 217 you will find a Foster’s Express.   Although it’s small, it offers a wide variety of staples.
